The Department of Defense has identified 3,095 American service members who have died since the start of the Iraq war. It confirmed the deaths of the following Americans yesterday:

FRAZIER, Joshua J., 24, Sgt., Marines; Spotsylvania, Va.; Second Marine Division.

PARCELL, Jennifer M., 20, Cpl., Marines; Bel Air, Md.; Third Marine Logistics Group, Third Marine Expeditionary Force.
